Who runs the site
Gear Size Chart is operated by Evergreen Digital Media LLC, an Oregon company. In these terms "we" means the operator and "the site" means gearsizechart.com.
What the site provides
The site publishes size charts, calculators and guides compiled from published manufacturer, retailer and governing-body sources. The results are estimates and starting points. They are not a guarantee that a product will fit, and they are not professional fitting, medical or safety advice.
Accuracy
We take care to reproduce sources correctly and we list them on each page. Makers change sizes and models without notice, and errors can happen in the transcription. Before you buy, confirm the size against the chart for the exact product, and for safety equipment such as helmets and boots, try the item on where you can. We are not responsible for a purchase that does not fit.
Acceptable use
You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes and may link to any page. You may print a chart for your own use. You may not copy the site's pages or tables in bulk, scrape the site, republish it, or present its content as your own. Short quotations with a link back are fine.
Third-party links and products
Pages link to retailers and makers. We do not control those sites, their prices, stock or return policies, and a purchase is a transaction between you and the retailer. Some links are affiliate links, described in the affiliate disclosure.
Advertising
The site displays ads served by Google AdSense. We do not control which ads appear. See the privacy policy for how ad cookies work.
Intellectual property
The site's text, layout, tables and calculators are owned by the operator. Brand names, product names and trademarks mentioned belong to their owners and are used only to identify the products whose published charts we cite. The site is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.
Disclaimer and limit of liability
The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its charts, including the cost of buying gear that does not fit. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
